I don't like to let too much time go by without posting, but hey we love to travel. As much as we work,
I schedule alot of summer time to be with my family and kids. They all make me laugh.
Anyway we just got back from a short trip taking the train to New Mexico and Arizona. Headed up to beautiful
Santa Fe. We would have like to have gone on up to Chicago but had to get back and that will be another trip.
After taking the train back to Flagstaff, we rented a car and drove the rest of the way on route 66. How fun
that was! We headed to the Grand Canyon which our kids had never been to, then just hit some beautiful
little funky towns all the way back to California. Seligman is the town that the movie Cars was based on.
Newberry Springs is where the film Baghdad Cafe was made. The restaurant is still there. Our favorite
town was the cute little town of Oatman. We loved the wild burros wandering around everywhere. They are
actually descendants of the animals used by the miners and when the mines closed, they were abandoned.
We had no idea how much we loved driving the 66, and will definitely plan a longer more extensive trip next time. You know we love to go everywhere, but there is so much to see in our own backyard. Alot of these
small towns seem to have people who are almost like living in another era. Everyone we met, were friendly and willing to tell us little tidbits of their lives. It was just what we needed...
As busy as its been here, Joe and I snuck away for four days to Vegas. We've done alot of travel and my
favorite place will always be Italy of which we plan to live part time when our kids are grown. Yet we still love to go to Vegas. We love the restaurants, shopping shows and general campiness. And...its fairly close, for us at least.
Well summer is pretty much here my favorite time of year! Anytime of year is great to have a portrait done, but summer is perfect. Everybody feels good, were a little tanner, kids are out of school and we usually have more time to just relax. So....its a perfect time to have a portrait done of family.
Also don't forget our BEACH DAYS promo. See ad below.

When we showcase some of our photos, we can't show everything. We do quite a few sessions a week and each session will have different posing etc. So we hope you can get a taste of some of what we do here.
You know having portraits of your family is not something to put off. Our children our are lives. Our families are our lives. Having a great photograph done can be passed down to someone else. How much do we spend on our hair, nails,
cars, etc? OUR PETS right? (Well I know our pets are kinda our kids too).
Your portrait stays, its there, its tangible, its not going anywhere, it lasts and lasts...
